About our Honor Flights
There is no cost to you, all trips for veterans are free. Your trip includes airfare, lodging, meals, DC ground transportation, and a "guardian" to watch over you and provide assistance with every step of the way.
- WWII: December 7, 1941 - December 31, 1946
- Korean War: June 25, 1950 - January 31, 1955
- Vietnam War: February 28, 1961 - May 7, 1975
*Anyone (male or female) serving on active duty anywhere or at any time during the listed dates above is considered a veteran of that conflict.
Honor Flight Southern Arizona works year-round to conduct as many flights as possible. Flights will "take-off" as scheduled if funding and guardian needs are met. All flights depart from and return to Tucson International Airport.Note: If you live in central or northern Arizona, please contact our sister hub www.honorflightaz.org for more information. Honor Flight Northern Arizona flies out of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
